Emoji meaning

Being the wrong side of 50 I am not sure what this emoji means

It was used by one of my Subcontractors after a falling out and me chasing for some items to be returned, so probably not used in a loving way Laughing

Anyone clarify.

Don’t know it’s emoji meaning but it’s used as a symbol for heavy rock and metal music. You'll see fans at concerts holding up their arms and using it. It represents the devil’s head, the fingers being the horns.

Ronnie James Dio, onetime singer with Black Sabbath, is often credited with it’s introduction to rock music claiming it was a symbol his grandmother had used to ward off evil spirits.

Are you being warned off as an evil spirit? Laughing

I am old enough to get the Rock and Roll meaning Rolling with laughter but have no idea how this can be used as an emoji.

My question to the subcontractor was. "To let me know when I can call in to pick up the items and drop of their money"

The emoji was the response before they then blocked me on Watsapp. Rolling Eyes

Bloody things Evil or Very Mad, I have an Idea why don't we use words. Shocked Shocked

Are your subcontractors Italian by any chance? In Italy that gesture (done with a real hand, not as an emoji) is used rudely to mean that you have a cuckold's horns.
