ME
At load between 1500 and 2000 revs I have much more diesel knock than when I first got it.
Have compared it to 4 others all have been quieter than mine incl the LRE car which I actually thought was a V8 it was so much quieter than mine

I would say that at low revs and accelerating, there is a bit more noise than there used to be, its more of a low growl than a diesel knock though. Sounds quite beefy actually! 35500 miles now.
