Engine smoke
Another day another problem
Just opened bonnet after a funny smell and I can see smoke from the back of the engine to the left as you stand at the front
Any ideas

Couldn’t see any sign of a leak around injectors or leak off pipe
Any more pointers of what it could be, it smells a bit burnt oily

oil dripping onto the exhaust manifold ?
could be many places, but mines the servo vacuum pump seal

it's not servo or crossover pipe
I'm just wondering if it was related to the knackered intercooler, whether some oil was finding its way back then burning on the exhaust and travelling up the back of the engine as it vapourises
i can live in hope anyway
this was the intercooler, strange how one of the tubes has doubled in size
