EPB,LRA and warranty.

My EPB is not releasing fully, called LRA this morning to have it checked as wife towing for several hours tomorrow.
Told them to only send a Tech not a recovery truck...three in the afternoon a truck turns up Censored even though was promised a Tech. After a polite Whistle call to LRA a Tech arrived and diagnosed brake shoes sticking on release....covered under warranty he said.
However I know that my dealer will try to stiff me £195 for strip and clean. I enjoy a good row and wont rollover, I cannot be the only person in this predicament.
Can any of you veterans supply any ammo to fire at them next week? If I get mine done under warranty I will freely allow my example/paperwork to be used by anyone in future. Car was serviced on October if that helps.
Does anyone have the old TSB about the EPB by the way.
Even the girl booking my car in said I would pay Twisted Evil
