Facelift headlights

Hi

Has anyone fitted a different headlight control module (HCM) when facelfting their disco 4 to get the main beam flash to work when the headlights are off, may also dim the drl with the indicators?

All thoughts welcome

I’m wondering if anyone has a definitive guide on how best to do this too, including what relays etc. to use?

I’ve fitted xenon 4.5 headlights to my D3 and I’d love to get them working properly!

I'm also interested in this, I am thinking about face lifting my D4 to the newer spec headlights and wondering what, if any, wiring/control module upgrades might be needed.

Don’t forget that the main beam performance is not as good as the earlier model, the dedicated main beam bulb is replaced with the indicator.
