Fault Code Needed?

Hi All , VCould anyone tell me what fault code F045D and F045C is?
I thought is would tell me the EGR valve as it is lagging badly sometimes but it didnt . I used a friends
OBD reader to get the codes but if it is an EGR i as hoping to get which side to change.
Anyone have a list for these. I looked around and in the wiki but no luck so far

Sorry Al but no known generic Fault code for the Disco 3 starts with an F

What system did you use and what Vehicle system did it get these codes from?

Its from a delphi system ,taken off my 07

According to my Faultmate FCR P045 comes up as an EGR,I get that whenever I plug in as they are blanked off anyway Thumbs Up
