fault code p0087 and u0416

I drive a discovery lr3 when I drive it above 1800rpm I have no problem what so ever pulls well but when it drops below 1800ish and start putting my foot down it go on to limp mode .I pull over and stop and start engine and problem goes away. I had AA out last week and found two codes p0087 and u0416
My car has always be serviced well every 10000 miles.i spock to a land rover specialist and he said it sounds like the sensors on the hpfp before i go down the road of spending 1000 pound.just wounded if eanlyone has had the same problem.

Before going the hpfp route, has it had genuine fuel filter fitted, check the fuel pressure from the valve in the engine bay, and try a fuel pressure regulator switch ?.

I had the P0087 code, sorted out with a genuine LR fuel filter.
