FBH Fix cost Poll

Lets make it easier for BN as he's put in a lot of hard work with webasto. How much would you want to pay for a FBH fix.

I think you mean up to how much would you be prepared to pay. For me this assumes that the solution includes fitting cost and a pair of remotes.

Price should be all in... and no remote - a timer.

Dont think I would pay for a timer based solution. It assumes I know in advance when I will be leaving home in the mornings - my life never seems to work like that. I would only pay for it if it can be activated by remote.

I think Bn has said that it will take around about a morning to fit the kit.

Does this not make the cost more likely to be at least £300 - 400 probably more incl the actual kit itself!

A lot of money to be warm just a few minutes earlier.
Does anyone know if this is also going to work with 06MY cars without the heater part of the menu?

Preperation for old age????
Mrs TFC told me that old age kicked in a few years ago for you in certain depts Laughing

I certainly don't blame the people who have got the FBH in the menu being annoyed that it does not work, but I think even if I had it all working direct from LR I would not have been using it as the car warms up very quickly anyway.
A few minutes of cold in the morning is not disasterous and you have the pleasure of sitting in the D3 as it warms up Wink
