I have notice over the last few weeks the FBH (when the temperature is below zero) does not seem to fire up, lots of clicking and no smoke. By the time I get to work it has been on, because the exhaust is hot.
It there any maintenance that you can do on them ?

I had this once. It had "faulted" and would not restart until the fault code was cleared at the dealer. It worked fine after.

Pull the fuse out for 10 mins - worked on mine. The other thing is to check that the exhaust isn't full of crap.D3 HSE MY05 Auto

There's been much discussion on the FBH issue on this topic:-
It's the fact it works some times and not others (mainly when very cold) seems odd. I wondered if there was a ignition mechanism that needed resetting or something.
