Hi mate, sorry for the delay, not on line every day.
Basically as per the link from GLR.
Takes about 45 mins total.
The trim panel just needs a bit of gentle persuasion after removing bolts.
Added bonus is that you can put cool air in in the summer, thus avoiding the "burnt bum on leather" problem. (Leave heater controls on 16.?)
The remote works from a good 100 yards away too.
