I understand the service interval is 12mnths/15k miles. If the car only hits 15k after 23mnths, should it have a service at 12mnths anyway ? wondering whether a car with its first service at 23mnths, 15k miles, is ok or not. If these cars tell you when the services are due, surely it would have flagged it up at 12mnths if it was needed ?

When you put the key in the ignition, where the mileage is the display of how many days are left to a service is due.............over run this and its logged on the D3's memory, then try and get ANY warrenty repairs.

its 15k miles or 12 months, whichever is soonest (comes first)

Mine doesn't say this, and my Dad's FFRR is supposed to do the same but neither of them display the service countdown. Any ideas?

99.9% of the stuff on here is said with tongue firmly in cheek, as it should be mac, I must admit i sat in the d3 today trying to get the days to service up now i know why it wouldnt 
then read your post. boy did i feel like a donkey
