Flashing LEDs in footwell

Hi,

have last year upgrade the interior lights to LEDs.
Now the footwell lights are flashing, when doors are open.
Other LED-lights are okay.

Any ideas?

Usually down to cheap led bulbs.

Seem to remember someone suggesting using 24v led bulbs rather than 12v, as hey handle the Discoveries electrics better 2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

My Wife thinks the D3 is a hobby, The D3 thinks the wife is 💕

Yes your LED has failed. Just change it!

The footwells are no issue with LED, the puddle lamps (under door) that double as footwell lights when the doors are closed are a different thing. They require resistors to work correctly and no amount of trying will get them to work. I bought the powerful U.K. complete units for the under doors…. Much easier and light up the entire driveway! A mod a week until I have nothing to improve or add.
