Flip Down DVD

Ok so iv recently installed a flip down DVD player in my D3 which refused to switch on, not even the interior light part so I assumed it was knackered and purchased another which appears to be exactly the same but now I’m thinking it’s not getting power. Would anyone know which fuse would be linked to it or any other ideas iv maybe missed, cheers

When you removed it from the roof couldn’t you test the wired plug with a multimeter to check
If you installed it where did you take power from ?
Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)

I’d still imagine there’s a fuse somewhere though. It never originally had one fitted so it’s basically a new loom and used tv but I’m unsure about the rest of the install

Have you tried looking for a piggy back fuse in and around the fuse boxes

Only piggyback fuse in there is the one I added for my Camera. Being a landrover option I’m presuming there’s an actual proper location

I dont know why but the dvd interior lights seem to take their feed off the other interior lights and always switch off after the main interior lamps and sometimes come on on their own idependent of the main interior lights!

Like I said dvd lamps sometimes have a mind of their own, randomly coming on as you drive along none of the other lights come on just the dvd ones.
