Front Lower Arm replacement fitting costs |
|
Quick question:
I have been quoted £380 Inc VAT to fit the front lower arms on my disco 4. I will supply arms, so just wondered if this was about right for this sort of work in the London area.
Many thanks for any advise.

Those bolts can be a t*** to remove and often need cutting out. It took me about 4 hours to do both so a pro could do it in maybe 2.
Does the price include alignment? 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

You could probably buy all the tools for less and do it yourself. 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

Whilst my DIY skills are of course legendary, my mechanical skills are not. That and the fact that I only have street parking, makes that suggestion a non-starter!

My mechanic just did my mates RRS on his drive x3 hours labour plus blades he just cuts the bolts and fits new. You have to get your own wheel alignment done after I can ask how much it cost for you
