Front passenger window loses memory.

Hi all,

The front passenger window keeps losing its ability to auto open and close with one click of the window button.

I reset it by holding it down and then up which works, but the following day (or when I come to open it again in a few days) it's lost its memory.

Any ideas what needs to be done to fix it? New module maybe?

The rear drivers side did it a few days ago too but after a reset, it seems to be working again.

Thanks as always

Jim

When I had problems with my Range Rover it was the control module in the door. I swapped the 2 rear ones round to prove it. I’m not sure if the front pass door has the same module as the rear. Drivers will be different.

Cheers for the reply. I'll see if I can swap it to test. Thumbs Up

The front door modules control the rear ones so should be different.

Hi,

Only just getting round to fixing this as it's been fine for a good while and just started to play up recently. Anyone got the part number for it at all?

Is there a way to view Topix or get part numbers without having to keep asking on here?

Thanks in advance.
