Fuel Injector repair

I seem to be going through a bit of a bad spell with my D3 and it now transpires I have 2 faulty injectors, has anybody had any experience of getting them serviced or is it just as well replacing them? vehicle has done 98K and I am totally fed up with it and landrover Crying or Very sad
