What holes were needed to be added to allow the inside bits to get galvanised, and how did you determine where to make them?

We usually walk around items to be galvanized with the production manager and a dill, he then points to areas that need holes, the holes are required to allow expanding hot gasses to escape as well as allowing the product to get in and out of all the nooks and crannies.

I beleve the items are weighed before and after and the difference is the amount of zinc you are charged for, so the extra holes also let out excess zinc as well as what others have mentioned.

Warm it up nice and hot Wink it will be much easier, also if you have excess galv in places you dont want it you can apply some heat and 'wipe' the excess off with a good cotton cloth Thumbs Up
