Gap-idbt tool

Good morning I am looking for a little advice, I am on holiday in Italy with a oil level reading fault so I opened my glove box to get the diagnostic tool and it’s not in the box it was in their when it was in the dealership before we came on holiday, it’s locked to my car and I have contacted the dealership, but I can not find a email address for gap, any help in stopping it being registered to another vehicle would be appreciated Big Cry

Daft question maybe, but you didn’t leave it plugged into the Obd socket did you ? Or put it somewhere other than it’s box ? D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. RRS front lower suspension arms. New suspension compressor/ relay. New Denso alternator. CuNifer rear brake pipes. New GKN rear propshaft. New HPFP belt & tensioner. New A/C Condenser.NO WARRANTY for many many years.

No i always put it back in the box it was in there as I checked fault codes before lr assist came out and put in back in box and in glove box I was with the lr assist technician all the time I then took it to the dealership

Okay had a update from dealership, and as I thought unless someone tries to register it to another vehicle I can not prove who as taken it , so looks like a call to duckworths to see if they are still available, at my expense 😡
