| how to i get hold or uodate software for disco 4 in control |

I have looked on LR webbsite as recommended in cars handbook but i cant find it, and suggestions guys please. I am trying to get the audio alerts from the LR sponsered sygic sat nav to work through the infotainment. I have the same issues on 2 phones , so want if I can update the soft ware to resolve it., thanks Mark

I believe there are complimentary upgrades at present and it may then allow you to upgrade yourself

In Control Touch and In Control Touch Pro were never fitted to Discovery 4 so sadly the complimentary upgrades don't apply. Discovery 4 can only be updated/upgraded by a Dealer (i believe)

Hi Dave , thanks for the link, I did have a look at that, it's only for new discos not mine , looks like have to go to dealer, but not now at the moment due to lock down , thanks mark

Another option is to go down the Naviplus route and put in Apple CarPlay or AndroiD auto.

Thanks for that, unfortunately it's a lot of money , about £500 , oh well perhaps later after warranty runs out .
