Load space retractable cover?

Hello
We have just acquired a 60-reg D4 HSE, it’s a beauty! Learned a lot from researching here...
I’m surprised that it doesn’t have a load cover in the boot.
Were these standard fit? (I.e is it missing?!)
If not, does anybody know if I should source a beige one to be correct (Almond interior) or were they all black?
(Those on eBay seem to all be black).
Thanks!!

It’s AWOL as it was standard, prob sold by the prev owner or in his garage somewhere. They came mostly in black but rarely in beige ISTR, they come up here fairly often on sale. Thumbs Up

The load space covers match the interior colour.
My interior is Almond and the cover is the same.

I’m sill finding my way around the many menus, so that was useful.
Have done so... and I’ll also watch Ebay.

I got a beige one from a Chinese company for £120 on eBay. They do specify long delivery times but mine turned up within about 3 weeks. Probably not as good a quality as an oem original but it does the job for me...

Might be better functionality wise as it has a handle while the original does not? Thumbs Up

Is yours OK Tony ? admittedly I only had a quick glance (as the handle bit sounded good!) and whilst the ends look good that catch in the holes for keeping it extended, the fixed ends, i.e. the roller assembly, look too boxy compared to what I have … which I think is a genuine LR part.

It does the job and not had any problems with it. The handle does make rolling it in and out easier.

..and at that price you can't really complain Smile

Any suggestions for fixing a bit of sag on one side of the load cover when extended? Not a serious problem in the grand scheme of things just a niggly little irritation.
2014 MY Discovery XS Indus Silver. Sadly gone. Second last LR of forty eight years continuous ownership.
