I remember a colleague from my extensive business travel around Europe ( = Manchester to Hotel within Schipol airport zone and back again, repeat over and over) who was quite open (almost proud) of the fact he'd twice personally delayed planes "after a dodgy curry the night before" ... although he did it by having to dash from the boarding queue to find a loo, so wasn't quite the shared experience Moo has spotted. Rolling with laughter

I was sent to Manchester for the day to sort out a problem with the fuel system on an A340, during which I got splashed with fuel. The BA flight back to LGW was cancelled because of the smell of fuel in the cabin. Embarassed Embarassed I had to go into the terminal, buy some new clothes and have a wash.



The marketing chap for a major aerospace company that shall remain nameless moved to a loft apartment in New York that was all minimalist with white carpets and walls, etc., After six months in quarantine, his Labrador was allowed to move to its new home. Whilst his owners were out, the dog had a massive liquid dump in the middle of the apartment. The robot vacuum cleaner stumbled upon this and, sensing a lot of dirt, traversed back and fro over the soiled area before continuing with its work. The brushes of the vacuum cleaner had flung **** everywhere and there were brown wheel tracks all over the place.
