Handy little Trick to raise / lower car engine stopped
With engine not running, open door turn on hazard lights, close door.
On key fob hold down bottom left button with light symbol and keep pressed.
While keeping that one pressed push and hold unlock compressor runs and car goes up

works on all D4's, it is nothing to do with how you select your key functions but you must have the Hazards on else it will not work MY18 RRS Autobiography Fuji White

All as per the air suspension instructions in the owner's manual (page 178 Issue 1 or 172 Issue 2).
