My D3 has a problem with headlight dip. The eyelid sticks. This is the third lamp to go wrong. New unit is £580.00.
Can I repair it myself? Unit is glued together. Eyelid will come down if I hit the lamp or slam the car door.

Hi Akerman and Welcome.
Assuming that you have Xenon headlights, this tends to occur when the high/low beam switching is infrequent. It is sometimes fixed by repeated switching between high & low.
If this is unsuccessful, headlight replacement is needed.
