Both rows of rear seats might be difficult.... it's possible to send the audio to the D3 system but then you'd need to nominate a 'master' player... The screens come with two IR headsets as standard

Audio through the D3 system and the video via all 3 screens would be a big selling point to me.

Middle row DVD x 2
Audio ported to the D3 audio system
Video ported to the nav screen (with 'video on the move' enabled)?
also looking into a freeview option
