heater fuses

Have problems with the heater in my D3 TDV6 MY08.
It is just blowing cold air. Occasionally I get a little warm ait. This is regardless of what the dials are set on. Both sides the same.
Took away the pollenfilter and now the fan is blowing fine.
I understand there are a lot of motors for moving flaps in the system.

Is there a fuse for all these motors????

Relay R14 seems to be fine. And as said the fan works with different speed.

check the heater hoses on the bulkhead.

Are they both hot ?

It may need a flush

Think I solved it.

Too little water in the cooling system.

Now the question is why I had to top up. Where did the water disappear.

Also have a groning sound from the engine which I suspect is the water pump.
Have to listen more careful.

Will there be a faultcode and a Warning light if the pump is getting worse?

No fault code or light.

You should get a low coolant error message from the tank sensor.
These are unreliable and maybe yours is bypassed. Maybe time to spend £25 (eBay) on a new tank so you know your coolant status. At this troublesome time.

At least you will know when it needs topping up

Yes the tank sensor is out of order since long.
Have bought a new tank but have not replaced.
During 8 years that I have owned the car there have been no loss of water until now.
What can be wrong now? Could it be the plastic Y shaped thing under the throttle unit?
Anyway. When is time to change the water pump? Is there some pictures on the forum on how to do it?
