Heater - Slow to warm up

My FBH is coming on fine most mornings but it seems to be taking a hell of alot longer for hot to blow through or for the heated seat to warm up than it ever used to. (I don't intend to fit a timer)

It probably doesn't help that I have to sit in slow moving traffic as soon as I set off but if its likely to be the FBH or thermostat on the way out then I'll need to get it done before my Tesco Warranty expires. Sad

I used to have it set on 23/24 max on cold mornings but currently setting it at 27/28 to get it warm enough or even turning it all off for a few minutes until its warmed up.
 Badda bing.......How you doin'?

Java black SE, standard spec. Clean and shiny.

I know, I had a 300Tdi before I bought my D3, it takes about the same time to start warm up, but the heater was very warm and I really miss this on these cold mornings. The heated seats do help but I would rather have a warm cabin.
Bought a timer unit for the FBH, but not managed to get it working yet.
