| Help: Windscreen wipers sticking? |

Hi guys,
My windscreen wipers keep sticking even when it's wet, they work fine when I set them to max speed and they overcome the resistance and then they work well for a while again on auto or the 1st speed setting but after that they just stick again.
Amy advice on what it could be would be appreciated.
I'm going to change the wipers but could it be the motors or maybe a power issue?
