Help with a whats this wire question pls
hi chaps , I changed my battery this morning and as i yanked and lifted my battery out i noticed a loose hanging wire , i dont know if i have disconnected it when removing the battery , i cant see anywhere that it should go ,
any ideas please
its the green and purple one in the pic with black connector

I just had a quick look at mine. It looks like it's just taped to the thick red wire from battery via a flat plastic piece. I've taken a pic and will load into my gallery. Have a look near the two pieces of tape on the red wire just visable in your picture .Discovery 4 HSE Santorini Black 2012

That is for the transit relay to keep thingsticking along whilst in transport and at dealers, once PDI the relay is removed and the wires tapped up out of the way I think......MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
