So, as a quick update.

Removed everything.

The CJB is a Censored to remove in my HSE; any post or video that starts with ‘just remove two bolts and 6 connections’ is as misleading as my son telling me he had finished his homework!

So, anyway, that then led to the whole saga of trying to drop the wheel arch liner and trim, and btw, like hell can you see the drain exit by dropping the wheel arch liner on the passanger side. Ended up need ing to use an inspection cam, having spent two hours drilling out the screws holding the mud guard, because there is no way we could see it otherwise. And when we did, yup ... it’s there. But that was no benefit.

Pulled it back out the bulkhead into the cabin to find it was both split and clogged with crud, so absolutely the cause of water ingress.

Picking up a new one tomorrow, that and a load of body clips, but wow, that was difficult.

If it were to for my Landry snazzy mate, no way I could have done this.

But, sorely appreciated that we were kind of doing this blind. What manual excerpts we have kept referring to other workshop manuals. Could definitely do with a complete version!
