Hidden Warning Strobes

I would like to add some orange warning strobes to my D4 and looking for something as discreet as possible.

Has anyone got any information on the installs they have done? 2010 Disco 4 HSE

Nowt to do with me, but maybe give them a call. There are plenty of emergency services Land Rovers, so hopefully they'll have some solutions.
