Just bought a full size spare, matching the wheels on my D4 - and the seller says it's from a D5 / but is identical. True???

Guernsey 2016 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 Landmark LE Auto Santorini BlackDiscovery 4

Yep style 511 was fitted to D4 Landmarks and D5 Thumbs Up

One thing to watch out for will be the tyre size as D5 had a higher profile sidewall fitment 255 55 20 same as fitted to new RRS than the D4 which had only a 50 profile

The D5 version has a more softer design. But the wheels fit both.

👍
Well if the D4 doesn’t sell I’ll be stripping all the extras off before it goes to the dealer including my Duratracs don’t know what the D4 wheels will look like on the new D5 though 🤨

These were on the D5 I had for a week or so, they seemed different to the ones I have on the Landmark, sure when I looked they were a different size on the D5.

Also they were Pirelli Verde on the D5 not Scorpions like LR fit on the D4.

Verde is scorpion Thumbs Up Scorpion Zero or Scorpion Verde

Tyre size is different but the rims fit

The D5 had Scorpion Verde not Zeros like the D4 also not 255 50 20. They also do the similar style rim but 22” style 5011 which possibly what this one had.

Which is why I posted Thumbs Up

The D5 22” and 20” are both a softer looking design than the D4s. I found this out when upgrading from the 19” rim. Ended up with refurb L405 21 rims which look similar to the D5 21 rims.
