Not sure if this is in the right bit, saw the bonnet badge one in here, so here goes, if not, I'm sure the mods will move.
Anyone no what this is?
I know what it looks like, but as it appeared overnight, its not a spill.
There's also some on the door card & handle! Tried washing the door on Sunday, just with water, & the handle spots went from dark, to a kind of bleach spots white!
Put a tiny bit of Barry Whats his name on the silver vent bit, but that took the silver off!
HelpThe music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

If I'd known I was going to be so thirsty this morning I'd have drunk more beer last night.

Don't know what it is but it looks fookin relentless!!!
Looks to me like someone opened a can of pop or something that sprayed when opened. It could also be over spray of some dash cleaner which should have been wiped of,LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

If it's a fizzy drinks explosion, easy way to see is, wet you finger dab it onto a bit of it and if it's tacky then easy to remove. Although depending on what it is and how long you leave it, it may cause a permanent mark(s)
Get hold of some all purpose cleaner and ensure it's diluted minimum 4:1 with water. Spray on and wipe with a cloth
Yuck !! I know the discovery has an almost female feel to it and can ignite the erogenous zones but still....it's not that good...is it?

It looks to me to be more like an oil than a fizzy drink. Oil would resist water cleaning as well, but I doubt that a drink would.
I would try a small amount of white spirit on a bit of the plastic and see if that sorts it.D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Looking at the evidence ....no directional splashing from the contact point on the surface indicates a direct horizontal spray .....no dripping from gravitational forces indicates intensely cohesive and quick drying properties.
Hmmm ...now let me see
