Iid tool sold with car
Evening all,
Sadly I have just sold my disco 3 and with it I did a deal with the new owner to include the IID BT tool that I had.
As the tool is locked to the vin of the car, is a change of ownership still required?
Appologies if this is a stoopid question, I didn't have the tool long enough to read up much about it!

It will obviously continue to work on the car, but if the new owner wants to interact with the GAP site in the future, the tool is linked to your account and email.
So he will at the very least need his own GAP account in order to avail of any firmware updates or tool products!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
