So if you're born with a c0ck, ovaries and a womb, what are you?
So you have female hormones, probably a female thought process, but a c0ck, can you imagine how that must feel for that person?
Nature decides? What if nature it up?
I'd imagine Series 1 owners probably had the same discussions about homosexuals.

I guess my beef (not offending Hindus just in case ) is our current propensity to pander to minorities at the expense of the majority. I dont care who or what you want to be, just dont make me have to conform/adhere with it just so that you arent offended.

J@mes: We are discussing the massive majority and not the exception. For sure there is a tiny percentage as you describe and they have nothing but my sympathy for their tragic predicament.

Trouble is, no-one really knows the scale of it.
Sure, some people are gonna think it's cool, or "in" to not define as a gender/sex/whatever, but much like society has realised that homosexuality is far more common than it used to be due to the fact it is largely accepted, much like mental health - society is accepting it as an issue rather than seeing people as weak or feeble, are we now going to see a rise in the fact that some may think/feel differently to what we have done in the past and that actually, it's ok to feel like that rather than bottling up those feelings/thoughts or trying to explain them another way?
And in the same way that we can't run around the workplace calling people faggots or assuming someone is weak because they buckle under the pressure (these people being the tiny minority in years gone by compared to what we know today) there will come a time that assuming someone is male/female/both/neither/shopping trolley/unicorn based on our own perceptions may land you in front of HR, police or whoever.
What other groups should we introduce new categories for, if we must assume they are there whether known or not? I think we need to accept that some people have names that transcend the spoken word - these people are being terribly oppressed by our use of our voices to communicate and all employers should be required to communicate in semaphore.
