indeed they do its called runlock.
We have a vehicle unit at Longbridge that kit all the vehicles out.

I cant see any reason why it couldnt be fitted.
I would have thought it would be available,,,,, lets see what google comes up with.
But I'm not sure why you would want to leave the car running without the key in it. Ours is used to prevent them being stolen as we leave them unlocked at incidents + the lightbars/ airwave/ gps/ driving lights and other electrical bits always need to be on

The Monaro VXR 6:0L V8 is great fun....its quicker than quick and pulls and pulls ...Its pure mechanical grunt but the D3 shoild be replacing it.
Its a Holden (HSV) witha Vauxhall badge on it.
