Fit a new thermostat Thumbs Up
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Put something in front of the radiator in colder weather. They are designed to cope with high temps so this would not be an issue. I take it you have not got a FBH as mine has been working the last few days.

Not necessary if the thermostat is working correctly.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Are you saying your car never gets warm inside, or just not quick enough for your liking?
If you're doing short journeys of 5 miles or less, then it probably won't warm up fully anyway.

It gets warm and I understand it'll take 30 odd mins to warn up but it's still only warm not hot. Also passenger side doesn't adjust??

I would start by changing the thermostat. After running the car for 30+ minutes you should be getting hot air, not just warm.

When you say "passenger side doesn't adjust" what do you mean? Air flow won't adjust? Air temperature won't adjust? Only get cold air through passenger vent?

It may be air blocking it Whistle these systems are notoriously difficult to bleed if the correct procedure is not followed.

Sounds like a heater matrix

Warmer on drivers side than passenger side?

I love the way this Disco is significantly disassembled, yet the removeable rubber mats are still in place. Perhaps to keep the tools dry from soggy passenger footwell carpets Smile

Officially, the workshop manual says the seats need to come out.

But then I wouldn't have anything to sit on while dismantling and rebuilding Laughing
