need to challenge them & shop about

Just renewed mine with Admiral for £236 fully comp, protected NCB, 250 vol excess. That's the same as last year Very Happy . Well worth using all the comparison sites as per the guide on Moneysavingexpert.com Thumbs Up Previously:

When Adminral phoned to find out why I hadn't accepted their offer as it was the cheapest quote in the quote list I mentioned off road cover. Chap thought for a minute - went and spoke to their supervisor and came back and said that would be ok with them. I questioned it and he said that as they have to record all their calls, if there was any dispute then the recording of him having agreed to it was enough.

Still didn't believe him though so went with LRI - what does the policy document say on the subject - some one must have a copy. They were cheaper than LRI by £100. I had a feeling the recording would be lost if I ever had to claim!
