The Hi line has diversity antennas one on the side window and one uses the rear window demist.
Sounds like switching the rear window demist on is shorting out the antenna bit? “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Hi Caver
yes it does sound like that it is an HSE with pro logic 7, it has only just begun to cause problems you switch the rear demister on signal goes weak, switch it off and signal returns, any one know what The fix is as its coming up to winter and the rear heated screen will be on quite a bit so the radio will drive me nuts.
I suppose though it is a LR and tomorrow when I try it hopefully it wont be there it will have sorted its self out

Have a close look at the lines in the rear window to see if there are any breaks. Check the connections going in. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Hi
Windows are tinted so the wires are protected a bit more than usual but will check this maybe somethings come loose ie the terminals on either side that operates the heated screen not had a chance to check yet.
I will check it tomorrow when I get it into my workshop

The antenna is connected at the top with the electronics at the top of the rear compartment. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
