Do the lamps supplied all play nicely with the D3, and are they of decent quality?

Nothing of that nature currently listed on AF's site, as far as I can see.

Kit is rather WHITE for a car interior IMHO
I advice a 4000K max...
To give you an idea... original is around 2700k
I see a lot of kits 5000K or even 6000k like modern factory hallBest regards

They look good, as above, Powerful are dedicated LR so their stuff is good.
I replaced all interior bulbs with flea bay leds 2 years ago and have had no problems, just left the originals in the glove box for a couple of weeks just in case, cost about a tenner so felt they were worth a punt no regrets so far2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

Thanks for the heads-up. My day job is as a lighting technician for theatre and TV, so I know about colour temperature .

Ah, thanks, that's quite a bit cheaper than the Powerful one - I'll look into it.

I boufght ebay cheapies years ago with no issues, then a few years alter bought a kit of bulbs as recommended on here and they are okay light wise but do chuck up the odd error for interior lights.

I changed mine as well (to as white as I could find) i will never turn them on while driving anyway. (I left the reading lights original to avoid strain to eyes)
I got cheap fleabay ones (or Amazon not sure) my advice id to look for the correct positioning of the LEDs, since on disco they are directional.
Last point is that my rearest bulb (over the booth) kept burning often, i suppose for some power surge. So i refit an original bulb there, but kept the two lateral high brightness.

I choose and bought these...
Package of 2 bulps, still not cheap, but very happy with them.... although still to white (as to cool) in the middle head console for my taste.... i get use to it now....
Use them also in the parking lights, head units....(almost same colour as xenon headlamps...
No errors..Best regards

Same here, used cheap ones from Amazon for years with no problems. £1 each ISTR. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01EQU0EUU?psc...ct_details , sadly no longer available. Didn’t have any fail, though now they are just under 30 sitting in a bag somewhere as my present car doesn’t have any.
