Interior part upgrades?

Hello everyone,

I love my LR3 however there are parts of that really annoy me. Mostly the cheap plastic parts that squeak every time you touch them or hit a bump.

I have been searching around for aluminum parts to replace the crap plastic. Does anyone know if someone sells metal door pull handles to replace the plastic ones? maybe even a aluminum bezel that goes around the radio and climate control?

Have a look in here, there may be something to interest you but I don't know whether it's any better than what you have. Another option might be to "fettle" the existing plastics with adhesive foam or similar behind them!

TBH, in my D3 nothing squeeks when touched or on bumpy roads...

Seems your interior is rather worn out then...

And like profsr g , says... alloy / metal upgrade’s i think the are just alloy / metal “looks” ...... still plastc i am afraid... Best regards

Ok thanks for the help guys. I may just have to mess around a bit with the plastics or get new pieces. I wish someone made metal arts though.

No that I think of it, a hand made leather bull handle would look really beautiful 🤩
