| iPod connectivity, what year was it added? |

Hi
I don't have my D3 yet, being prepared for me as I type! 
It is a 55 year HSE, is it likely to have the iPod connections and Aux socket or does that only come in newer cars?

Hi Robster and welcome 
You should have an Aux. socket at the rear of the centre cubby just below the rear Air ports ...as for iPod control ..this has always been sold as a an aftermarket kit ..so it depends whether the kit was fitted to your particular vehicle.

Aux connector should be behind the centre cubby box but limited functions and not that good a quality sound
The after market kit is available from me...you can PM for details,...
Apparently 2010My should be having ipod connection as standard....... TLO has left the building.......

Ooooh Nick, tell us more!
Will it be proper screen based iPod control like on the one on the FFRR?
Or just track up/down like the current one

Should be full integration...(Fingers crossed)
LR are aware the kit we sell is a bit of a trade off between being able to connect and no screen function...all this should go away in future development  TLO has left the building.......

So will this ONLY be for new cars?
What about my 55 year 'vintage' D3?
What options do I have and how much do they cost (I did PM as requested!).

this option will only be on NEW builds from 2010My onwards.... TLO has left the building.......
