iPod kit fault???

My iPod kit (ACM) has developed a weird habit, on shuffle mode it plays the track twice before moving to the next one. I thought it was my iPod but it does it with my iPod Touch and my iPhone. Started doing it once in a while but is now every track I have to advance for. Doesn't do it when playing an album. Anyone else had similar?

Disonnect the battery for a couple of mins and see if it rectifies the problem

Make sure you wait a couple of mins after revoving the key before you disconnect though Thumbs Up

...also

check the plugs that connect it
mine did strange things & was in to be replaced & the fault was found to be a plug not fully home...
the cure followed a regular method in the electronics industry "rattle the plugs"
Good Luck !
 BREXIT - done properly.
