Timed climate blowing cold

When setting timed climate all seems like it sets ok and at the set time the fan starts but i get no flashing light on the heater switch and i just get cool air?
If i use the remote to switch on it all works fine anyone had this issue and know where its going wrong?it was fine last year MY18 RRS Autobiography Fuji White

Its usually just the temperature. Either water temp or air temp. Bodsys Brake Bible

Outside air temp was 4 degrees and i had a full tank of fuel car engine had been stopped for 4 hours MY18 RRS Autobiography Fuji White
