| Issues with Lynx Evo diagnostics |

Is anyone else having issues with Lynx Evo diagnostics? I had one which I used for my full fat Range Rover and bought an extra code for use with my disco at the start of the year. All was well until I had issues with the disco this week and needed to use it, it wouldn’t allow me to read the disco and said I needed to purchase an extra license as if I never had this!
I have contacted their support who after several days have still been unable to fix it. On the first day they said they could see the issue but didn’t know why it had happened, Day 2 they still hadn’t fixed it and day 3 (or actually day 4 since I logged it with them!) and it’s still not fixed. They sent me a text this morning telling me it was fixed but absolutely no difference!
Just wondered if anyone else was having issues? Really does reinforce the nickname of  that Britpart have been given by many! 2008 Disco3 2.7 Tdv6 HSE
