Praise the lord, they do actually move.

Lets hope they don't have to do a written report, they'll wait for the tree to grow.

On a more serious note.

Software issues in general.

The best programming talent seems to produce nasty virus' and bombard web sites.

These guys all seem to be in eastern Europe, Russia and the far east.

BN, u have contacts in Russia re LR, can't u get someone over there to reprogram the thing, or at least give Solihull a hand

Tried last night on the motorway doing 70mph with cruise on, putting it in to neutral! NO problem what so ever just to put any minds at rest!
You can push the selector form drive to neutral with your little finger, the revs go up & then just drop when put back in to drive!
All very smooth as well, hope no one has to do it but it works with out a hitch.

Nick, no good it has to be up a gradient with the brakes on and pulling very hard, then try it. On a motorway flat out you will be able to select neautral easily at any speed. Your test had no relationship to my situation.

Find a good hill, put you foot down so the car is working hard, not high speed about 25 mph will do, brake with the left foot with your right foot on the gas pedal flat out and then try to disengage the gear, think you may find a different situation there.

That is the same problem I had.

Please let me know, I am interested in the result.
