I had the good fortune to be at that concert, I can be seen laughing like a drain and stamping my feet in the front row a fair number of times during the concert segment, much to the amusement of my family..... my sister said she knew I was there before she saw me on screen as the mic picked up my laugh!
The segment about his name being offensive on the DVD is actually a re-shoot as the cameras weren't rolling when the original ad-lib happened, that's why the laughter is a little forced as we were asked to laugh at the same joke again (It was much funnier the first time round)
