Jittery acceleration

I know i haven't been on here much been so busy!

Luckily not on my disco 3 but my friends, whilst accelerating whether it be light or hard the car revs really strange, its not smooth progressive but jittery is the best way to describe it, its an 05 plate auto done 100k, i had an old VW LT46 van and the intercooler had a crack in it and it felt similar to this just wondering on peoples thoughts?

Could be the Auto Box Fluid needs changing. That symptom is exactly as others have described. Variatiopn of about 500RPM? Bodsys Brake Bible

D4/D3 Remote FBH heat kits

Transmission Flush
Software updates/enabling

Clock/ SNOTM /3Flash / 4x4Info /BT Update /Service Reset/Error Codes / Gearbox Reset

Yep that seems to be about it, i drove it today, sounds about right, will change it over and see how we go

thought i better say thanks for that, changed the ATF oil last week and it is now spot on!
