KEYS

Can anyone give me advice....

I program my key to seat setting memory and dip mirrors on reverse. Sometimes when reversing mirrors dip more that I set them to and sometimes don't return when put into drive. Also if seats adjusted by her indoors with her key when i use mine and unlock seat does not reset i have to press memory button on seat.

Is this one of the million known faults Rolling with laughter
