I did a half day at Skipton. The Disco 3 is excellent and I'm looking to go again in the new year.

One of the best bits was driving on the road and the instructor demonstrating how when he drove fiercely moving the steering wheel from side to side how DSC kept the vehicle from going out of control.

Off road the vehicle is fantastic, LRE is a great taster.

Did that on the way home from work today Very Happy

Best tried without too much traffic about, but it's easy to get the DSC braking different wheels if you try to weave on a wet road.

Can't remember who said it, but they are right. 'No point having limits if you don't know where they are'. This is training for winter Very Happy

I did a 1/2 day at Skipton a couple of weeks ago even found some great on road stuff, like lifting the'handbrake' at 50mph...!!!

Found out what the car can do off road too I was absolutely stunned at it's capabilities. I't's ok reading how good a vehicle we have all bought but to be with somebody who knows how to take it to its limits was just great

Looking forward to booking the full day Level 1 when I next can

the vehicle came to an upbrupt but controlled stop, even with foot hard on the accelerator and the hazard warning lights came on automatically.

The situation the guy gave us is for example the driver passes out the passenger can but on the brake

try it (on a quiet road) its a giggle

dikkidee is an instructor at Eastwell Park. Give him a PM and let him know you're coming. Had a great 1/2 day there in May. Intending to go back for a level 1 in the new year.
