How did leaves get in there?!!

Hi everyone

I’ve been trying to track down a mysterious tizz/rattle/rustle from what seems to be the headlining above the 2nd row.

I thought I’d pull out the alarm motion sensors and also the rear aircon controls to see if there was a plastic clip loose or something and was met with a load of dry, crumbly small leaves!

They were sat in the top of the alarm sensor and also loose in the gap between the metal roof and headlining in between the sunroof at the front and where the rear aircon controls go.

How on earth did they get in there?!

Don’t know if it has cured my noise yet as haven’t been out, but will see over the weekend.

Sunroof ?

I often notice debris sitting on top of the front sunroof sunshade, and then it seems to disappear I wonder if the wind carries it backwards between roof and lining?
